Contractor Orientation for Oil and Gas (OLT)	Work in the oil and gas industry takes a lot of manpower, so oil and gas companies often hire contractors to perform specialized work tasks. These host companies rely on the contractors to work safely and abide by their own company policies, as well as federal, state, and local laws. Learners who successfully complete this course should be able to identify general safety programs on oil and gas sites, recognize hazard controls to protect personnel, and identify general and specific hazards on oil and gas sites. They should also be able to identify permit-required work tasks, identify environmental and emergency response considerations and recognize company and site-specific contractor policies. This course is designed for workers in the oil and gas industry.

Cooking from Scratch-Soup	Prepare delicious unique soups from scratch.
CorelDRAW Graphics Suite Basics	Explore the basics of this professional graphic design software. Students will learn to create a custom design and implement the CDR design into a CNC router system. The class will end with a laser wood design to take home. Students will needs to bring or purchase materials for their specific project.
Creative Writing	We are excited to offer our evening writing course. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced writer. This course will offer you the complete journey through to a finished novel. From Creating and building the idea for your story, to writing with step-by-step guidance from our instructor, to finishing your book to publishing standards. You are just a few steps away from learning the storytelling skills to last a lifetime. Join us this summer and watch your ideas come to life through the pages of your novel. This is a 8 session with a 2 week hiatus in the middle. Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays 6.00pm to 9.00pm.

Cryptocurrency: What is it?	Do you find yourself wondering if Cryptocurrency is a real thing? This course will walk you through the history of cryptocurrency, teach key concepts of blockchain technology, and introduce the many types of crypto.
Culinary Knife Skills	Do you watch cooking shows and wish you could prep your food that quickly? Learn the theory behind each knife skill including how to slice, dice, julienne and chiffonade. Students will cover knife maintenance as well as skills demonstration and practice. This course also includes a chef knife to take home at the end.
Custom Jewelry Box	Sign up for this exciting hands-on class where kids will learn the basic of construction while creating their very own custom jewelry box. Students will learn how to safely use basic tools and techniques. Under the guidance of an experienced instructor, they will build their jewelry box from start to finish including measuring, cutting, assembling, sanding and other finishing touches! This class is geared toward 6-12 year olds and must be accompanied by an adult
Customer Service and Sales (OLT)	Learners who earn this certification will master customer service and sales skills, including understanding the customer life cycle, developing effective strategies to engage customers, assessing customer needs and closing sales. Best practices for building resumes and navigating job searches are also covered. This course is perfect for someone interested in or currently working in a customer facing role, whether in retail or in another industry. After completing this online course, you will be able to: •Understand the retail industry, the customer and the value of customer service •Recognize the importance of product/service knowledge and how it impacts connecting with the customer •Understand how to meet the customer’s needs and techniques to make the sale •Practice honing customer service skills to project a professional image and build your personal brand •Know how to navigate job searches and build a professional network This class includes an exam at the end. Upon passing, you will receive an industry-backed certification identifying you as a Customer Service & Sales Certified Specialist. **If you do not want or need the certification, please reach out to us for training only options. This curriculum and certification are nationally-recognized in the retail industry.
