Aircraft Maintenance Basics	Have you ever wanted to work on airplanes but didn't know where to start? This course is designed to prepare civilian maintenance personnel to effectively and safely perform aircraft general tasks such as FOD/PPE, safety around aircraft, fueling, required tools, jacking aircraft, safety wiring basics, R&R brakes and tires, radio communication, driving around aircraft, servicing oxygen and nitrogen, tech data, de-icing aircraft, understanding and how to write specific forms, and more! After meeting the requirements of the program a Certificate of Completion will be issued to apply for the Aircraft Helper position at Vance Air Force Base Enrollment may be dependent upon the ability to obtain security clearance, passing a required drug screening, and pass a government mandated physical.
Automotive Car Care Basics	This class is intended for the person that wants to do the basic maintenance on their own cars. This will help save money and helps you take pride in your vehicle. Topics covered could include, changing your oil, changing a tire, changing a light bulb, how to check fuses, etc.
CDL Prep	Are you wanting to get your CDL, either Class A or Class B? This course is the first step to attain that goal of yours! Students will be lead through the CDL manual to get prepared for the written test to attain their permit. The instructor will also answer questions to help the students prepare for the exam.
Class A CDL HAZMAT Online Training (Bumper to Bumper)	This class meets the Federal requirements for Entry Level Driver Training to get your HAZMAT endorsement added to your Class A CDL. It is an online course, please call to get enrolled. Once enrolled, you will receive instructions how to log in to complete the course.
Class B CDL ELDT Online Training (Bumper to Bumper)	This class meets the Federal requirements for Entry Level Driver Training to get your Class B CDL permit. It is an online course, please call to get enrolled. Once enrolled, you will receive instructions how to log in to complete the course.

Professional Truck Driver Defensive Driver Course	The National Safety Council Professional Truck Driver (PTD) course is an instructor-led course designed to provide professional truck drivers with the knowledge and defensive driving strategies required for driving collision and citation free. The course focuses on collision prevention through hazard recognition and application of collision avoidance techniques. Throughout the course, participants learn how to recognize both potential and immidiate hazards, how to avoid collisions in a variety of driving conditions, and how to choose safe and legal driving habits, attitudes, and behaviors. The emphasis is on professional truck drivers' responsibility to protect the motoring public and themselves. Participants are engaged through group activities, discussion and self-awareness-oriented instruments that relate to their driving tendencies.
Securing Loads and Cargo	U.S. Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), establishes procedures for securing loads during transit on highways in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Learners who successfully complete this course should be able to recognize requirements of the standard and other cargo regulations, and identify approved securement systems and their characteristics.
Vehicle Backing Safety (OLT)	Even though most of us spend less than 1% of our driving time in reverse, the National Safety Council estimates that one in four vehicle accidents occur while backing, and that most backing accidents are caused by drivers using poor backing techniques. Backing can be particularly hazardous for drivers on the job, especially when backing large vehicles or vehicles with trailers. Learners who successfully complete this course should be able to identify general backing hazards and safe practices when backing. If learners’ job duties include driving large vehicles, such as semi-trucks or construction vehicles, they should also be able to identify general backing hazards and safe practices for larger vehicles.
