FMCSA Update	Join the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for the latest in commercial vehicle requirements. This session will focus on the following topics: •National Roadway Safety Strategy •Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse •Stump the Fed Q&A •Resources available to you through the FMCSA website and where to find the rules and regulations you need. As the lead federal government agency responsible for regulating and providing safety oversight of commercial motor vehicles (CMVs), FMCSA's mission is to reduce crashes, injuries, and fatalities involving large trucks and buses. FMCSA partners with industry, safety advocates, and state and local governments to keep our nation's roadways safe and improve CMV safety through regulation, education, enforcement, research, and technology.
Follow-Up to a Mistake: Performing Root Cause Analysis & Taking Corrective Action	As a manufacturer, especially one who is also a small business or startup, pursuing projects that require ISO 9001 or another QMS designation can be intimidating. One reason that companies don't implement ISO is because they believe that there need to be zero mistakes, which is impossible. What's most important is the response to the mistake. Join us for the final of three classes to help make quality management systems (QMS) less intimidating and provide a casual learning environment where questions are encouraged. Pulling from the expertise of Kenton Dechant, quality manager for an international manufacturing firm, this session will focus on: •Recognizing and admitting to an "Oops" - how your response plays a role in your quality compliance •Performing root cause analysis to ensure a proper corrective action •How to fix the mistake This class will be full of examples and discussion, including information on how to go deeper down the rabbit hole (or avoid it!) of making quality a top priority to benefit your bottom line.
Food Plot and Private Land Management	Oklahoma Dept of Wildlife Biologist Marcus Tibadou will be Teaching How to Manage your land for best Practices and success .
Football Officiating	Are you passionate about football? Have you ever considered the idea of becoming a referee? Here's your chance! This course is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to pass the state test and excel as a football official. In addition to classroom instruction, you will also have the opportunity to participate in field scrimmages to prepare for the upcoming season. Upon successfully passing the test, you can officiate games and earn additional income (with pay ranging from $50 to $110 per game for certain high schools) while also contributing to your community!
Forklift Operator Training (OLT)	Forklifts and other powered industrial trucks are very useful tools in many different industries. They are so common that many people think they’re easy to drive, and don’t require much training to operate. However, forklift injuries are common, including collisions, pinches, roll-overs, and accidents involving loads. This course is intended for workers who are required to operate a forklift or other powered industrial truck on the job. Learners that complete this course will display the ability to recognize the forklift's instruments and controls, common hazards associated with forklift operation and OSHA-required safe work practices for forklift operation. This course is designed to assist forklift operators and their employers to complete the formal training (classroom) portion of OSHA’s required training for operators of powered industrial trucks. This course is available in English, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Mandarin.
Forklift Safety	Autry's forklift safety class meets all of the requirements set out in OSHA's 1910.178 Powered Industrial Truck Standard. Upon completion of this course, the student will receive a forklift safety card that is good for three years.
Frontline Leadership - Delegation Skills Workshop	We are excited to offer this NEW add on class to our Frontline Leadership program. In this 4 hour workshop, we will cover the following objectives: -Understanding the value of delegation to you, your employees, and your organization. -Identify those tasks that could be delegated to those on your team. -Learn how to analyze a person's readiness to take on a new task. -Utilize a step-by-step process for planning for a delegation meeting. -Practice conducting a delegation conversation.
Frontline Leadership Spanish (10 part Series)	Front Line Leadership is a flexible, 10-module program that provides new and current supervisors and managers with a toolkit of practical communication and employee development tools that reduce conflict, improve employee performance, and enhance team effectiveness. Leaders learn to deliver clear direction, coach employees, and provide effective feedback. The ultimate goal of the training is to enable leaders to create work environments that foster employee engagement, improve performance, and increase employee satisfaction. These modules are 4 hours once a month. This class will be in Spanish. Modules consists of the following 10 Lessons: 1 - Role of the leader 2 - Managing Different Personalities 3 - Motivating & Engaging Employees 4 - Teamwork & Collaboration 5 - Communication Effectiveness 6 - Managing Performance I 7 - Managing Performance II 8 - Coaching for Commitment 9 - Managing Conflict 10 - Managing Change
Frontline Leadership Train the Trainer	This class is for those wanting to become a Frontline Leadership Facilitator. This is a 2-day intensive workshop covering 10 modules. Class includes all instructional material and tools to successfully run the Frontline Leadership Program with a full overview of the program plus a high-level review of specific activities.
Garfield County FSA Deceased Producer Session	In this session, Garfield County Farm Agency will share what's next concerning deceased producers and required documentation. Farm Service Agency (FSA) will cover payments earned prior to death and signature authority. Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) will provide a few nuances on their side covering deceased producers. Garfield County High School Bassmaster	Geared toward high school students & parents in Northwest Oklahoma, come learn from local fishing expert and NW OK Bassmaster Club Sponsor, Brian Moorehead.
