Join us for the second of three classes to help make quality management systems (QMS) less intimidating and provide a casual learning environment where questions are encouraged. Industrial Controls/Intro to AC Drives	When you have completed this unit you will be able to use an AC Drive, you will know how to set the operating parameters. You will also learn how to protect the equipment from overcurrent, overvoltage, and overheating by setting the protection parameters.
Industrial Maintenance Independent Training	Industrial Maintenance independent study, which could include computer-based training, reskilling, short lessons, etc.
Industrial Mechanic Level 3	This Level three course is intended for mechanics with a basic mechanical and electrical experience that wish to deepen there knowledge in basic control circuits and there components. You will also be shown proper mounting of electrical enclosures, bending conduit, and electrical power distribution. Industrial Mechanic Level 4	This level four course is designed for intermediate industrial mechanics that understand all task from previous levels. This course will bring together the skills from all three previous levels and will be applied to build a working Overhead door circuit from a empty frame. They will also be indroduced to AC and DC motor drives. Influenza Pandemic Planning for Business (OLT)	Class Description SafetySkills: Influenza is a common disease that can cause an uncommon amount of trouble for business owners and managers. It’s important to have a plan for pandemic flu because in a worst-case-scenario situation, businesses could experience a loss in profits, a temporary loss of viability or even bankruptcy. Learners who successfully complete this course will have displayed the ability to identify the major points of a pandemic flu preparedness plan and recommended employee-related and business-related policies and procedures to include in such a plan. This course is designed for human resources officers or other upper managers working for small- to medium-sized businesses. This course is presented in English and Spanish.
Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) Training	Become a trained Fox Blocks Installer. In this 4 hour course, students will receive hands-on practice building a small structure . Upon completion of this course you will earn a certificate and a Fox Blocks Wallet Card. This is a free course, complete with a workbook and training videos. Intermediate Photography with Dawn Muncy	Please note, you must have a solid understanding of the exposure triangle to enroll in this class as it is the basis for all photography. Day 1: The magic of the exposure triangle. In the Intro to Photography class you will learn the basics of the exposure triangle, in this class we will dig deep into how to make the exposure triangle work for you to achieve your vision in camera. Learning to “get it in camera” will significantly reduce the need for editing and bring your images to life. Day 2: RAW, what is it and do I really want to use it? Perhaps the most powerful technology in photography is the ability to photograph in the Camera Raw setting. Learn why and how this incredible tool can help you attain results you never imagined possible. Day 3: Basic file adjustment and management. Learn to enhance what you have captured with basic file adjustments in photoshop and other file manipulation software. In this class we will delve into color balance, cropping, basic burn and dodge techniques and how to save and size your images for print, social media, archiving and more. We’ll also discuss the importance of adopting a file management structure to insure you can find and utilize your images for years to come. Day 4. The Business of Photography. In this class we’ll review a few necessities for kicking off a successful photography business. Photography is fun and so is the photography business when you start off with a solid foundation. Learn the basics of pricing to keep yourself in business as well as some best practices to keep you around and relevant for years to come.
Intro to Charcoal	In this class, students will learn the basics of charcoal drawing, including foundational techniques and various shading methods to bring depth and dimension to their artwork.
Intro to Medical Spanish	This introduction class will study clinically relevant medical Spanish. Training on the proper use of language and verbiage used by healthcare providers in multiple disciplines to bridge the language barrier between caregivers and patients. Begin with improving interview skills, understanding of patient responses and ability to assist Spanish-speaking patients. In class patient simulation opportunities will be provided.
