FLEX LAB COMPUTER RESERVATION	RESERVATION OF COMPUTER LAB DUE TO INCREASE NUMBER OF FLEX LAB STUDENTS
Forklift Operator Safety Training	Operating a forklift comes with big responsibilities and safety is the top priority. This course provides hands-on and classroom training to meet OSHA’s 1910.178 Powered Industrial Truck Standard. Students will learn how to inspect forklifts, operate them safely, handle loads correctly, and prevent common workplace accidents. The training also covers how to recognize hazards, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and follow site-specific safety rules. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a forklift safety card that is valid for three years.

Frontline Leadership Spanish: 10 Part Series	Front Line Leadership is a flexible, 10-module program that provides new and current supervisors and managers with a toolkit of practical communication and employee development tools that reduce conflict, improve employee performance, and enhance team effectiveness. Leaders learn to deliver clear direction, coach employees, and provide effective feedback. The ultimate goal of the training is to enable leaders to create work environments that foster employee engagement, improve performance, and increase employee satisfaction. These modules are 4 hours once a month. This class will be in Spanish. Frontline Leadership: Delegation Skills Workshop	We are excited to offer this NEW add on class to our Frontline Leadership program. In this 4 hour workshop, we will cover the following objectives: -Understanding the value of delegation to you, your employees, and your organization. -Identify those tasks that could be delegated to those on your team. -Learn how to analyze a person's readiness to take on a new task. -Utilize a step-by-step process for planning for a delegation meeting. -Practice conducting a delegation conversation.

Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) Beginners	This 32-hour hands-on course introduces students to the fundamentals of Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), commonly known as MIG welding. Designed for beginners, hobbyists, and those seeking to develop trade-ready skills, the course provides a strong foundation in welding safety, equipment operation, and basic welding techniques. By the end of this course, participants will be able to safely set up and operate GMAW equipment, perform welds in multiple positions, and apply practical welding skills for personal projects or entry-level industry use. No prior welding experience is required.

GMAW Welding Certification Prep	Prepare for industry-recognized welding certification with this intensive 72-hour course focused on Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW). Designed for students who want to advance their skills and pursue welding as a career, this course combines in-depth classroom instruction with extensive hands-on practice to build proficiency and confidence in preparation for certification testing. By the end of the course, students will have the knowledge and practical skills necessary to attempt an industry-standard GMAW certification test (AWS or equivalent), positioning them for entry-level employment or advancement in the welding field.
