Long Term Care Nurse Aid-Reporting Only Sessions	Utilize in person training to prepare for the LTCNA Skill and Written Exam. Master the skills to perform personal care for residents in nursing homes, assisted living centers and hospitals under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse. Upon completion, you will be eligible to take the certification exams for Long Term Care Nurse Aides CNA to be placed on the Oklahoma State Department of Health’s Nurse Aide Registry. Attendance during all classes and clinicals is required by state law. CPR and State certification tests are included in course fees.

Mastering the Landlord-Tenant Relationship	The relationship between landlords and tenants has never been more scrutinized than in the past few years. A pandemic and economic collapse resulted in emergency eviction moratoriums and protections for those renting their homes. With over 100 million tenants renting throughout the United States, understanding your rights and responsibilities as a landlord and as a tenant is critical. This class is taught by a lawyer who manages his own rental properties. In addition to answering as many questions as possible, this class will cover Oklahoma’s Landlord Tenant Act, what a “good” lease might include, what the eviction process looks like, and some practical tips for maintain a good relationship between landlords and tenants.
MAT	This course prepares participants to become certified as Medication Administration Technicians (MATs) under DHS in Oklahoma. MATs assist clients in group homes, residential facilities, and other settings supported by DHS by safely administering medications, monitoring client responses, and documenting appropriately.
