| Mobile Audiograms | We invite you to stop by Autry Technology Center during our Safety Week 2025 to receive a complimentary audiometric exam for yourself and your team. This exam will give you a good baseline to determine where your hearing is at now so you can take precautions to protect it for the future. According to a report by the National Safety Council (NSC), it is estimated that 30 million people in the United States have hearing loss with approximately 22 million workers exposed to potentially damaging levels of noise every year. Once hearing is lost, it is permanent and irreversible. Audiometric testing monitors an employee’s hearing over time. It also provides an opportunity for employers to educate employees about their hearing and the need to protect it. Your hearing is important to us. We look forward to seeing you and your team on Wednesday, April 30. Our mobile hearing trailer will be parked on the east end of the building by the gazebo. You may enter through the Autry Tech main entrance or park in any available spot close to the hearing trailer. *DISCLAIMER: Our team are nationally-certified technicians of the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC). As Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationists, we cannot diagnose hearing loss. This is not a medical exam. | |
