Explore the fundamentals of primitive eating, including selecting natural ingredients, preparing simple yet delicious meals, and understanding the health benefits of a diet focused on meats, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. Whether you're looking to improve your overall well-being or just curious about historical eating habits, this class will provide the tools and inspiration to revitalize your diet and lifestyle.
Charcoal Landscapes	Students will create a landscape drawing using charcoal. Experience with charcoal is a plus, but is not required.
Cherokee Strip Business Model Competition	The Cherokee Strip Business Model Competition is designed to encourage new and early businesses to grow in Enid and to get a head start through annual awards up to $30,000. The competition is a joint effort for economic development with between Autry Technology Center, Enid Public Schools, Northern Oklahoma College, and Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Open to any concept and/or business less than five years old with plans to grow in the Enid trade area, the competition involves businesses submitting business plans followed by three phases of judging. The competition guidelines are available on the Autry website and the Strate Center for Business Development.
Cherokee Strip Business Model Competition Workshop	Required workshop for clients submitting their business plan in the competition.
Choreography for the Actor	Love a good musical but freeze up at the words “dance call”? Level up your command of the dance floor in this dynamic two-part class. We’ll break down the basics of Broadway’s most commonly used steps and iconic choreography to steadily build your confidence in learning and performing movement for the stage. Perfect for beginner and intermediate level dancers. Join master educator Lindsey Newell for a series of theatre classes to help build confidence in film and theatre performance. After spending 13 years in Los Angeles as an actress, writer, and producer, Lindsey has returned to her hometown of Enid, OK. She believes that "anyone with enough curiosity and drive to learn can become an actor and improve their skill." She has spent the last few years teaching acting foundations, on-camera technique, and sitcom acting at Scott Sedita's Acting Studio in Larchmont Village, CA.
Class A CDL HAZMAT Online Training (Bumper to Bumper)	This class meets the Federal requirements for Entry Level Driver Training to get your HAZMAT endorsement added to your Class A CDL. It is an online course, please call to get enrolled. Once enrolled, you will receive instructions how to log in to complete the course.
Class B Straight Truck Driver Training	Attention all aspiring Class B Straight Truck drivers! We are excited to announce our upcoming two-week driving course designed specifically to help you prepare for the drive test. It is crucial that students have their permit before enrolling in this comprehensive program. For those who need assistance obtaining a Class B CDL permit, we also offer online prep classes. During this course, students will have the opportunity to train in a day cab automatic truck. It is important to note that upon completion of the test, students will only be certified to drive automatic trucks. The curriculum will cover essential topics such as pre-trip inspections, air brakes, backing maneuvers, and hands-on driving practice over the course of two weeks. Whether you are interested in pursuing a career with a municipality or simply obtaining your Class B CDL, this course is the perfect fit for you. CMA Update	Complete the 8- hour annual training requirement for CMAs. This class will present pertinent information and updates regarding the care of geriatric patients.
CMV Inspection Demonstration	Join the Oklahoma Highway Patrol for an update and in-depth walk-through of a commercial vehicle roadside inspection.
CNC Precision Measuring Tools Workshop	Accurate measurements are the foundation of quality machining. This hands-on workshop introduces participants to essential precision measuring tools used in CNC and manufacturing environments. Learners will gain practical experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to measure parts, ensure accuracy, and maintain quality standards.
CNC Print Reading and Precision Measurements	Break down the fundamentals of print reading by identifying print symbols, understanding title blocks, interpreting revisions, extracting print dimensions, and identifying geometric dimensions and tolerances. Perform precision measurement techniques using common shop measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
CNC Tool Identification & Setup Workshop	This workshop gives participants practical, hands-on experience in identifying CNC cutting tools and safely setting them up for machining operations. Learners will work directly with tooling, holders, and CNC equipment to build confidence in tool setup, offsets, and safe handling practices.
