This course will explain, step-by-step, the process for registering as a VOSB under the new SBA certification program including: common challenges, requirements for eligibility, certification process and explain how to maintain your certification.
Active Listening (OLT)	In most workplaces, communication plays a significant role. Employees are having conversations both internally and externally in a variety of settings and situations. In this workshop, our SBDC professionals will address many of the questions you should ask yourself before beginning the process of starting a new business. We will also talk about how to write a business plan and the importance of financial statements.
