Understanding and Managing Sundowning	This class is designed to equip caregivers with the knowledge and practical strategies to understand and manage sundowning behaviors in individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. Participants will learn the causes of sundowning, how to recognize its symptoms, and effective techniques to reduce anxiety, agitation, and confusion in the late afternoon and evening hours. Through interactive discussions and real-life examples, caregivers will gain tools to create a calmer, safer environment, improve their loved ones’ comfort, and manage their own stress during challenging times. Volcano Bundt Cakes	Join us for a fun and interactive class where your little one will embark on a delicious baking adventure! In this class, you will learn how to create delightful volcano themed bundt cakes that are both adorable and tasty. You and your child will work together to measure, mix, and bake your very own cakes. We will explore the science of baking, discuss how ingredients come together, while also incorporating creative decorating techniques and make your volcanos erupt! This class is geared for children 6-12 and must be accompanied by an adult. Save the mess for us and make the memories for you!
Volleyball Officiating	Discover the art of officiating Volleyball by mastering various techniques and regulations. Our knowledgeable instructor will guide you through the rules and provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to officiate High School Volleyball matches.
