Think Faster, Talk Smarter	Spontaneous speaking is more common than planned speaking – introductions, feedback, toasts, small talk and Q & A. - to name a few spontaneous settings. And those moments can be more challenging than a scripted presentation. We have all had those moments when we freeze up, struggle to find the right words or walk away wishing for a do-over. Though a few of us have the gift of gab – most of us need to learn some tips and tricks to improve our impromptu speaking ability. This class will explore some of the best points of leverage for you to improve your speaking ability – such as how to tame anxiety, reframe priorities, structure spontaneity and sharpen your focus. Come prepared to engage and practice some of the tips and tricks that will be presented. Book by Matt Abrahams can be read before class but not required. Feel free to bring your lunch to class.

Time & Task Management	As a leader you must focus on doing what you can uniquely do. Look to maximize your time by appropriately delegating and letting go of some tasks. This requires leaders to build other leaders and provide solid training, guidance and processes. Title IX/Sexual Misconduct at Educational Facilities (OLT)	Sexual assault and sexual misconduct are an ongoing and serious problem at schools across the country. According to the National Institute of Justice, about 1 in 5 women and 6% of men are victims of completed or attempted sexual assault while in college. There are more than 3,000 reports of forcible sex offences reported on college campuses every year. The U.S. Department of Education and its Office for Civil Rights regard these crimes as a serious violation Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, commonly referred to as “Title IX,” which was designed to prevent sexual discrimination in education. Since 1972 a number of additional, related laws have been passed with the goal of preventing and addressing sexual misconduct on school campuses, including most recently the Campus Sexual Violence Elimination (SaVE) Act. Failure to comply with these laws is also considered a violation of Title IX. These laws and regulations are important for protecting students, but they have created new and sometimes confusing obligations for schools and their employees. This course will help employees understand Title IX and its companion laws regarding sexual misconduct in education, and their role in helping to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct. This course is designed for all employees at educational institutions that fall under the provisions of Title IX, with particular focus on those designated Responsible Employees. It is intended to assist the employer in fulfilling the training requirements for Responsible Employees imposed under Title IX and the Cleary Act.
Trusting Trusts for Your Estate Plan	For many Americans, a significant goal of estate planning is to avoid probate. A revocable living trust, unlike a will, offers a fast, private, probate-free way to transfer one's property after death. Although a living trust is not a complete substitute for a will (it doesn't allow you to name a guardian for a child, for example), it is definitely a more efficient way to transfer property at death, especially large-ticket items such as a house. Every student will work with an attorney to make themselves a valid trust.
Understanding ADHD in the Classroom	This class is designed for educators who need to recognize and accommodate ADHD behaviors in their classroom. Join ADHD Life Coach and licensed counselor Jessica Bergmann to learn what ADHS is not, simple accommodations that teachers can make inside the classroom, and techniques for educators to engage parents in the conversation.
